The Sista Circle Mentorship Program is a small-group mentorship program that matches Black women and non-binary doctoral students with a Black woman mentor and a cohort of other Black doctoral students in related academic disciplines for the academic year.
By joining the Sista Circle Mentorship Program, mentees will have an opportunity to enhance their sense of belonging, reduce imposter syndrome, and expand their scholarly community. Mentors will have an opportunity to provide crucial mentorship to assist scholars in completing their doctoral degrees.
